Todd Ross is a two-spirit Red River Métis veteran and the Piluwitahasuwin (Associate Vice-President Indigenous Engagement) at the University of New Brunswick. A former Canadian Navy member discharged during the LGBT Purge, he later became a lead plaintiff in the class action and now Co‑Chairs the LGBT Purge Fund and Rainbow Veterans of Canada.

He holds a BA in Political Science from York University and is completing a Master of Interdisciplinary Studies focused on Indigenous self‑determination. Todd also coordinates the Menahqesk Wellness Circle and supports the Our Health Counts research projects.

A citizen of the Métis Nation of Ontario, he is part of the MNO Veterans Council; he also serves as Co‑President of Charlotte County Pride, Chair of the Charlotte County Museum, and Commissioner of Roosevelt Campobello International Park. He lives in St. Andrews, on Peskotomuhkati territory, with his partner, Kirk.
