Dr. Angelina Weenie serves as the Dean of Indigenous Knowledge, Education, Research, and Applied Studies at the University of Prince Edward Island.
She is Plains Cree from Sweetgrass First Nation in Treaty 6 territory in Saskatchewan. She is a fluent Cree speaker.
