Aimée’s early career started at Niagara Regional Native Centre and has since shared in the work of organizations including the District School Board of Niagara, the Office of the Representative for Children and Youth (BC), the National Inquiry Into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls, the First Nations Health Authority, the Federal Indian Day Schools Class Action Settlement and the Vancity Community Foundation. The IECS team also supports Ontario Tech University’s journey and commitment to creating a place where Indigenous students are seen, respected, supported and thriving by fulfilling the broader curricular, institutional, and social change required to respond to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action.
